Network Operation Centers (NOCs)

At Carrier Upgrade, our state-of-the-art Network Operations Centers (NOCs) are at the heart of our commitment to reliable communication and technology services. Our NOCs combine continuous monitoring, experienced technical teams, advanced tools, and proactive management to help keep your voice services, networks, IT infrastructure, websites, and applications operating smoothly. Whether you need communication services, managed IT, network solutions, or technical support, our NOC operations help provide the visibility and responsiveness your business needs.

1. 24/7 Monitoring & Support

Our NOC teams continuously monitor critical systems and services to identify potential issues as early as possible. This includes communication services, network infrastructure, servers, connectivity, and other supported IT environments. When alerts occur, our team can investigate and respond according to the applicable service plan or SLA.

2. Real-Time Network & Traffic Monitoring

Reliable connectivity is essential to modern businesses. Our monitoring tools provide visibility into network performance, traffic patterns, latency, jitter, packet loss, connectivity, and other key performance indicators. This helps our technical teams identify unusual activity and performance issues and take appropriate action to maintain a stable environment.

3. IT Infrastructure Monitoring

Our NOC capabilities extend beyond telecommunications. For customers using our Managed IT Services, we can monitor supported servers, workstations, network devices, infrastructure, and other critical systems. Proactive monitoring helps identify resource issues, system alerts, connectivity problems, and potential failures before they become larger operational problems.

4. Website & Application Monitoring

For businesses using our Website Development and Mobile App Development services, monitoring can help identify availability, performance, connectivity, and application-related issues within the agreed scope.

Our team can investigate reported or detected problems and coordinate with development or technical teams when additional troubleshooting or maintenance is required.

5. Rapid Incident Response

When a supported service experiences an issue, our technical teams work to identify the cause and restore normal operation as quickly as reasonably possible. Incidents may involve network connectivity, communication services, hardware, software, infrastructure, or third-party services.

Our NOC team coordinates with engineering, IT, development, carriers, and other relevant providers when necessary to speed up troubleshooting and resolution.

6. Proactive Maintenance

We believe effective technology management is about preventing problems whenever possible—not simply reacting when something breaks.

Our teams can perform or coordinate routine monitoring, maintenance, configuration reviews, software updates, system checks, and other preventative activities based on the services included in your agreement.

7. Security Monitoring

Security is an important part of modern IT and network operations. Our NOC and technical teams monitor supported environments for certain system alerts, unusual activity, connectivity issues, and other indicators that may require investigation.

Where security services are included in your plan, we can coordinate appropriate response and escalation procedures. No monitoring service can guarantee the prevention or detection of every cybersecurity threat.

8. Backup & System Health Monitoring

For customers who subscribe to applicable backup or managed IT services, we can monitor supported backup systems and critical infrastructure for alerts or failures.

Regular monitoring helps identify unsuccessful backups, storage issues, system capacity concerns, and other conditions that may require attention. Customers remain responsible for maintaining appropriate backup requirements unless otherwise agreed in writing.

9. Expert Technical Team

Our NOC and technical support professionals bring experience across telecommunications, networking, IT infrastructure, cloud technologies, systems administration, and technology services.

Our teams continually develop their technical knowledge to stay current with evolving technologies and industry practices, allowing us to provide informed troubleshooting, escalation, and technical assistance.

10. Performance & Quality Assurance

We continuously evaluate the performance of supported services and infrastructure to identify opportunities for improvement.

Monitoring key performance indicators, reviewing incidents, analyzing recurring issues, and evaluating service performance allows us to improve reliability and provide a better customer experience.

11. Scalability & Business Growth

As your business grows, your technology requirements can change. Our NOC and IT operations are designed to support businesses as they expand their communication systems, networks, users, applications, and infrastructure.

From adding users and locations to expanding network capacity or supporting new technology deployments, our teams can help manage your evolving technology environment according to your service agreement.

12. Multi-Service Visibility

One of the advantages of working with Carrier Upgrade is having a technology partner that understands both communication and IT infrastructure.

Our teams can support visibility across multiple technology environments, including:

  • Voice and VoIP services

  • SIP and telecommunications infrastructure

  • Network connectivity

  • Servers and IT infrastructure

  • Managed IT environments

  • Websites and web applications

  • Mobile applications

  • Cloud and third-party services

  • Supported security and backup systems

This broader perspective can help simplify troubleshooting when an issue involves multiple technologies or service providers.

13. Customer-Centric Support

Technology should support your business—not become a source of unnecessary complexity.

Our NOC and technical teams work closely with customers to understand their environments, priorities, and business requirements. We provide communication and escalation based on the applicable service plan, helping you stay informed when supported systems require attention.

14. Monitoring, Reporting & Continuous Improvement

Our monitoring capabilities provide valuable information about system performance, incidents, trends, and recurring issues. Where included in your service plan, we may provide service reports, performance information, incident summaries, or other operational insights.

This information helps identify opportunities to improve network performance, IT reliability, security, and overall technology efficiency.

Technology Operations Built Around Your Business

At Carrier Upgrade, our Network Operations Centers are more than monitoring facilities—they are an important part of our overall technology support strategy.
